About Kimberly Crum

As a seasoned Human Resources Executive and Consultant, I bring over 15 years of experience leading HR strategy and operations in city and county government in Florida and Massachusetts.  From serving as HR Director for the City of Tampa to Chief Human Resources Officer for Pinellas County, I've guided organizations through transformational initiatives - including comprehensive pay plan design, wellness and benefits modernization, electronic timekeeping, and risk management realignment.

Now, as a consultant, I partner with municipalities and public sector organizations to deliver steady, pragmatic leadership when and where it's needed most - whether as an Interim HR Director, a project-based advisor, or a strategic thought partner for local executives and elected officials.
